FINDLAY, Ohio – First-year rider Rebecca Geringer led the Albion College dressage squad to a fourth place finish at the University of Findlay on Saturday, Nov. 4. With a score of 73.8 percent at Upper Training Level, Geringer brought the reserve high point ribbon home to Albion.
Fellow first-year riders Mary Baker finished eighth at First Level, while Sabrina Burrill came ninth at Lower Training and Sydney Archer finished sixth at Introductory Level. Upperclassmen Mackenzie Bush and Kendra Gembala competed at Findlay as individuals at Upper Training Level and finished sixth and eighth, respectively.

In hunt seat action, Albion finished fifth on the first day of a show hosted by the University of Michigan at Williwbrooke Farm in Plymouth. Ashley Butler earned the blue ribbon in novice over fences and Natalie Geister won her section of novice flat. Sydney Rudowski (intermediate flat), Jessica Imel (novice flat) and Madeline Darby (novice flat) all scored second place performances in their respective divisions.
