A four-year varsity performer in swimming & diving and three-year performer in tennis at Marshall High School…Member of two conference champion swimming teams at Marshall…A captain who was a three-time all-league and academic all-state award winner…Received the team’s rookie of the year, MVP and coaches awards during her career…Received the orchestra’s junior conductor award and the Frank Scholarship for musical interest…A member of the high honor roll for three years…Lists reading, knitting, camping, hiking, canoeing, tubing and playing musical instruments as hobbies…A chemistry major who is member of the Institute for Healthcare Professions and a business and Spanish minor…Daughter of Dave and Kelly Karns.
