ALBION, Mich. – The Albion College women's tennis team returned to action at home on Sunday, hosting Earlham College in non-conference action to close out the fall portion of its schedule.
The Britons fell by a 6-1 margin, but picked up wins in both singles and doubles play. Albion's doubles point came from the No. 3 pairing of of
Jennah Lattig and
Abbie Hubbard, who hung in for a tough-fought 6-4 victory.
In singles play,
Molly Dunn earned the Britons' lone win, wtih a straight sets win at the No. 6 spot. Dunn rolled, 6-1, 6-3. At No. 3 singles,
Ada Feasby pushed her opponent in the opening set before dropping a 6-4, 6-0 decision, while
Lynsey Brearley played a competitive match at No. 4 before falling 6-2, 6-2.
The Britons will return to action in the spring to complete the 2025-26 campaign.
