Six men's wrestlers named Scholar All-Americans

MANHEIM, Penn. – Six members of the Albion College men's wrestling team were honored with NWCA Scholar All-American honors, as announced on Friday afternoon. Seniors CJ Krum and Owen McDaniel were joined by Gary Iobe, Koen Eberhard, Demond Harrison and Zak Knapp.

Krum, McDaniel, Harrison, Knapp and Eberhard all placed this past season at the NCAA Regional Tournament. Krum's fourth place finish was the highest for the Britons.

As a wrestler, one must either place in the top eight in the regional tournament or wrestle at least 15 matches and hold a win percentage greater than 66 percent.

In the classroom, to be selected one must have a cumulative GPA of a 3.2 or better.
