Placed on the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America's list of Scholar All-Americans and the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association's Academic Honor Roll...Advanced to the NCAA Division III Championships as a member of the 200- and 400-yard medley relay teams.

2017-2018: Produced 40 points in the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association Championship, gaining the bronze medal in the 100-yard breaststroke (59.20), finishing fourth in the 200 breaststroke (2:08.41) and winning the consolation heat in the 400 IM (4:22.22)

2016-2017: An intern for a boutique investment bank in Columbus, Ohio, during the fall semester...Produced 39 points in the MIAA Championship, finishing as the runner-up in the 200 breaststroke (2:08.67) and finishing fourth in the 100 breaststroke (59.28 preliminary, 59.37 final) and 10th in the 400 individual medley (4:19.61).

2016 MIAA Championship: Reached the championship final in the 200 breaststroke (finishing fourth, 2:08.70) and 400 individual medley (finishing eighth, 4:27.57)...Swam in the consolation of the 100 breaststroke (finishing 14th, 1:02.17)

2015 MIAA Championship: His 1:00.23 split helped Albion finish third in the 400 medley relay...Finished 13th in the 400 IM and 14th in the 100 breaststroke.

Prior to Albion: A two-time all-DuPage Valley Conference performer at Naperville Central High School...Also competed in water polo...Placed on the DuPage Valley Conference all-academic team three times.

Personal: A finance major who is concentrating in the Carl A. Gerstacker Institute for Business and Management...His father competed in football and track at Albion...Son of Andy and Karen Harder...His father competed in football and track & field (triple jump) at Albion.
