2021-2022: Took third in 3-meter dive with a score of 152.47 at Calvin and scored 172.65 in 1-meter dive against Aquinas.
Personal: She was a 3 Sport Athlete in High School. Achieved Gymnastics regional qualifier for 3 years 2019-2021, gymnastics states qualifier 2 years 2019-2020, diving regional qualifier 2 years 2020-2021, 2nd place pole Vault regionals 2021, and state pole Vault qualifier. Earned World Language Award, Honor Roll all 4 years, Scholar Athlete, NSHSS Member, Vice president of German club for 2 years and French club officer for 2 years. Also, the daughter of Janine and Robert Rais, and the sister to Zachary, Graham and Drew Rais. Majoring in Spanish and minoring in French.Â
