About Mitchell: This is Mitch’s fourth season of Cross Country at Albion College and his first season as a captain. Mitch has regularly been in the top seven for his past three seasons at Albion. He also has qualified for the National meet once, when the team qualified in 2010. Mitch is also a member of the Albion College Track & Field team.
