2018 NCAA D-III Championship: Gained honorable mention All-America status as part of the 400 medley relay team that finished 12th. 

2018 Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association Championship: Gained his second all-MIAA award, making the list of at-large selections...Achieved a MIAA record and NCAA 'B' cut with the 200 medley relay team (1:29.71), finished third in the 100 fly (50.92) and advanced to the championship finals in the 200 fly (finishing fourth, 1:55.82) and 100 backstroke (finishing eighth, 53.42).

2017 NCAA D-III Championship: Gained honorable mention All-America status as part of the 200 medley relay team that finished 13^th.

2017 Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association Championship: Achieved a school-record swim to earn his place on the all-MIAA team with the individual title in the 100 butterfly (49.17)...His 23.41 split helped Albion win the 200 medley relay in a NCAA B cut time of 1:31.26...Finished third in the 100 backstroke and fifth in the 200 butterfly.

Prior to Albion: A 15-time all-state award winner...A four-time all-conference (O.K. Green) and two-time all-Allegan County performer...The Division 3 state record holder in the 100 fly who was a two-time Michigan High School Athletic Association champion in the event.

Personal: Has not declared a mjaor, but is minoring in religious studies...Lists kayaking, woodworking, and chess as hobbies...Son of Stephen and Tracy Nyboer.
