Adrian Sanchez is entering his second season as assistant AD/head athletic trainer in the 2025-26 school year.
Sanchez is the athletic trainer for men's soccer, men's wrestling, track & field, golf and tennis programs.
From 2019-23, Sanchez worked as an assistant athletic trainer at Albion before becoming the head athletic trainer at Mason High School in the Lansing area for the 2023-24 school year.
During his first stint at Albion, Sanchez assisted in the development of mental health programs and streamlined referral process resulting in improved athletic access to care and a more supportive environment.
Sanchez also has experience as an athletic trainer for Henry Ford Allegiance Health in Jackson assisting sports medicine physicians in clinical appointments and patient education as well as at Kalamazoo College when he was in graduate school.
The Phoenix, Ariz. native graduated from Boise State University in 2017 and got his master's from Western Michigan University in 2019. Both degrees are in athletic training.
Additionally, Sanchez has volunteer athletic training experience at the IWF European Master's Championship in 2022 and 2023 as well as the USA National Weightlifting Championships in 2021 and 2022.
