GRAND BLANC, mich. - Taylor DesEnfants produced Albion College's only round in the 70s Monday as the Britons finished sixth in Spring Arbor University's Spring Thaw.

DesEnfants finished his first round in 78 strokes and his second 18 holes in 83 for a 161 total.

Albion's score for the day was 662. Connor Maddalena turned in rounds of 81 for a 162 total, Jake Bloom had scores of 86 and 80 for a 166 total, and Dana Brooks and Matt Fellows produced 36-hole scores of 174.

Mount Vernon Nazarene was team champion at 628, followed by Spring Arbor and Rochester College (641), Grace College (651), and Kalamazoo (652).

Albion will travel to northeast Ohio this weekend for the Nye Intercollegiate.
