The Albion College Sports Information Department has implemented a credential application system for home events. Failure to comply with the stated requirements and follow all reasonable directives of the Albion Athletics staff will result in immediate loss of credential privileges for future sporting events.

Any Albion College student who wishes to bring a camera or video equipment to any Albion College home athletic event to record is required to apply for single-game credentials using this new system for the following sports:
- Football
- Volleyball
- Men's and Women's Soccer
- Men's and Women's Basketball
- Men's and Women's WrestlingÂ
- Baseball
- Softball
- Men's and Women's Lacrosse
- Men's and Women's Track and Field
- Men's and Women's Tennis
Credential Requirements
Albion College Sports Information will issue credentials to those in an official media capacity first, and will consider issuing credentials to Albion College students.
Credential requests must be submitted to the Albion College Sports Information department at least 48 hours before each home athletic event. Having been credentialed at other related events does not guarantee acceptance at Albion College athletic events. In addition, receiving an approved credential for one Albion College sporting event does not guarantee a credential for another Albion College sporting event.
Receipt of credentials for Albion Athletics' events is a privilege that will only be extended to individuals who abide by these requirements and all reasonable directives of the Albion College Sports Information department.
Credential Use Requirements
Each approved credential is assigned to a specific Albion College student who has been accepted through the credentialing process. Credentials may not be loaned out to another individual for any reason. Credentials must be turned back into the Sports Information Director at the conclusion of the event. Failure to do so, will void any requests for future contests.Â
In addition, credentials must be worn and visible at all times during the sporting event. Albion College students must also respect the work environment of the Albion College Athletic Department and team(s), as well as their colleagues, by maintaining a professional atmosphere in all media areas. Albion College students must work within assigned media areas at Albion Athletics facilities.
Failure to adhere to these requirements will result in the loss of credentials for any parties involved moving forward. It will also result in immediate removal from the media areas and the possible loss of credential privileges for future events for the individual and the media agency.

Content Requirements
Student Workers
All photographs and videos taken by credentialed Albion College student workers are the property of the college. Content taken at a credentialed athletic event cannot be used on students' personal accounts without written approval from the Albion College Sports Information department.
Photographs and videos at a credentialed event may not be sold under any circumstance. Â

Non-Student Workers
All credentialed Albion College students must share photographs and videos at Albion College Athletics events with a provided link from the Albion College Sports Information department within 48 hours after an event concludes.
Photographs and videos may not be sold under any circumstance.Â
Subject to limitations of space, credentials for Albion College athletic events will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
