OLIVET, Mich. – Mitch Clinton was the third man to reach the finish line as Albion College opened the cross country season against squads from Olivet College and Lansing Community College at the Olivet Golf Club. Clinton completed the 5,000-meter course in 17 minutes flat.

There was a one minute, six second gap until Drew Snyder reached the finish line. He was the 20^th runner to reach the finish line.

Alexander Dermody (18:24.30), Jon Wylie (19:24) and Kyle Braun (19:35) completed Albion's top five.

Albion's next meet is the Sept. 12 Spartan Invitational in East Lansing.
