ANGOLA, Ind. - Tyler Covell and Brandon Rincon produced rounds in the 70s to help Albion College achieve a 317 team score in the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association men's golf jamboree at the Zollner Golf Course.

Covell tied for 18th on the individual leader board with a round of 77. Rincon tied for 20th with a 79. Ryan Bomya and Connor Maddalena contributed to Albion's team score with rounds of 80 and 81, respectively.

Albion finished just four strokes behind fifth-place Adrian College in the team standings.

The next MIAA jamboree is scheduled for Sept. 29 at the Watermark Country Club in Grand Rapids.
