TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – Jessica Shaw will represent Albion College as an individual in the NCAA Division III Cross Country Championship after running to fifth place in the Great Lakes Regional at the Lavern Gibson Championship Course.
Shaw completed the 6K course in 22:04, a pace of 5:55 per mile. She will make her second appearance in the national race next Saturday in Winneconne, Wis.
Albion finished 17th in the team standings, finishing with 475 points. Leanne Wegley (23:45), Morgan Button (24:35), Allison Snyder (25:16) and Leaha Sinnaeve (25:16) completed Albion's top five.
