SAGINAW, Mich. – Anna Moore won a pair of individual events and swam leadoff on Albion's winning 400-yard freestyle relay in the Britons 174-125 dual meet loss to Division II Saginaw Valley State University.

Moore was pressed by Saginaw Valley's Alexandra Davis in the 200 freestyle. Moore achieved a time of 2:00.58, beating Davis to wall by less than a half season.

Moore won the 100 butterfly in 1:00.24. She joined Camila Manrique, Abigail Slager, and Anna Hargrove for a winning relay time of 3:46.18.

Katelyn Killewald won the 100 backstroke in 1:06.09 and Katie Ferrero achieved a season-best time (11:23.26) in finishing second in the 1,000 freestyle.

Albion returns to competition against its Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association rivals Jan. 16 with a home dual meet against Calvin College. Swimmers will dive in for the first event at 1 o'clock at Albion's Dean Aquatic Center.
