WINNECONNE, Wis. – First-year runners Andrew Bill and James Weekley were separated by four seconds as Albion College challenged some of the top small college cross country teams in a meet hosted by the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.
Albion finished 15th out of 37 teams.
Bill was 49th to the finish line, completing the 8K course in 25:59.Weekley was 54th in 26:03.
Andrew Wittland (26:36), Alex Dermody (26:57) and Adam Ditri (27:09) completed the top five. Kurt Swaton (27:14) and Kiehl Smith (27:21) completed the top seven.
Albion's next meet is the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association Championships on Oct. 29.
