WINNECONNE, Wis. – Jessica Shaw ran to 12th place against some of the best small college cross country competition in a meet hosted by the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.
Shaw completed her run in 22:03, about 50 seconds off the pace set by Hope College's Erin Herrmann.
Albion finished 18th out of 36 teams. Aubrey Hemstreet (23:46), Allison Snyder (23:54), Alicia Medrano (24:18) and Katie Davis (24:33) completed the top five. Morgan Button (24:39) and Keena Gilbert (25:09) completed the top seven.
Albion's next meet is the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association Championships on Oct. 29.
