GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – Head Coach Jake Taber was very happy with Rileigh Eding's performance in the 50-yard freestyle as Albion College swam in the first session of a quadrangular meet against Calvin College, Carthage College and Ohio Northern University.
Eding finished as the runner-up to Calvin's Abby VanHarn in the 50. Eding completed her race in 24.32 seconds, just 33 hundredths of a seconds off VanHarn's pace.
Eding also helped Albion's achieve a runner-up finish in the 400 medley relay. Swimming with Amanda Quitos, Alexandra Horman and Nicole McCann, the Britons set a time of 4:06.97.
