JACKSON, Mich. – First-year golfer Justin Kapke achieved a top 10 finish in the individual standings in the Irish Hills Invitational at The Grande Golf Club.

A Plymouth High School product, Kapke's 151 total included rounds of 74 and 77.

Justin Leeds (78), Soti Michalos (79) and Jim Chapman (82) contributed their scores on Saturday as Albion finished the day at 316.

Albion finished fifth in the tournament with a 633 total. The Britons were eight strokes behind Adrian's fourth place total.

Adrian will host the first Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association Jamboree of the fall on Tuesday at the Lenawee Country Club.
