GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – First-year swimmer Samantha Swingewood represented Albion College with a first place performance in the 200-yard individual medley as the swimmers competed in the first session of a quadrangular meet at Calvin College.

Swingewood finished in 2:13.15 for a margin of a second and a half over the runner up from Calvin.

Rileigh Eding was third in the 50 freestyle, sprinting to the wall in 24.55 seconds.
