"This meet is a great format for the teams to swim events they may be swimming at MIAA's in just over a month." Said Head Coach Nick Stone.   "And for this time of year, we are looking to work on the finer details of racing, and not focus too much on times."

Irene Corona-Avila was able to add 37 from the diving board for the Britons.   She finished third in the 3-meter diving and sixth in the 1-meter diving competitions.

Sarah Griffiths had a podium appearance with a 2:12.04 first-place finish in the 200 fly.
