Women's golf takes sixth in first MIAA Jamboree

GRANGER, Ind. – In their first MIAA Jamboree of the season, the Albion College women's golf team shot a 346, good for sixth overall.

Leading the way was freshman Helen Buk, who tied for 12th with an 81 overall. Both Kenzie4 Gillette and Emily Abramczyk shot an 88 as the second and third golfers for the Britons.

One stroke behind the pair was Taylor Downs, as the senior finished the day with an 89.

With a 92 was Sabrina Fitzgerald to round out the Albion team.

Zoe Autore played as an individual, ending the day with a 107.

The Britons will play their second MIAA match of the season on Sep. 24 at Pine River CC.
