Archived Photo // Devon Mayse
ALMA, MICH. – It was a historic day for the Albion College women's golf team, shooting a 331 – the third-lowest score in team history. Despite finishing seventh at the third MIAA Jamboree of the season, the Brits's mark of 331 was the best since 2000 where they set their lowest mark of 326.

Kenzie Gillette had a career day with a team best mark of 79. Just behind her was senior Taylor Downs, who also recorded a career finish with an 81.

With an 84, Emily Abramczyk remained a consistent player for the Brits. Freshman Helen Buk added an 87 as Sabrina Fitzgerald carded a 90.

Freshman Zoe Autore shot a 100 competing as an individual.

A week from Saturday, the Britons will compete in the final MIAA Jamboree of the year, hosted by Adrian College.
