LANSING, Mich. — After leading the Albion College football team to a 44-17 win in its MIAA opener, Luke Lovell was named the MIAA Offensive Athlete of the Week. 

The junior quarterback was an incredible 21 of 27 for 306 yards and three touchdowns. Lovell is averaging near 275 yards per game in his first full season as the starter. 

Lovell and the Brits will head to Hope College on Saturday for a 1 p.m. start.
