McDonald, Doyles win against RHIT

ORLANDO, Fla. – Taking on a tough Rose-Hulman team, the Albion College men's and women's tennis teams each fell to the Fightin' Engineers, 8-1. The matches marked day three of four competition days in Florida.

On the women's side, junior captain Savannah McDonald pulled off a huge win at four singles. McDonald defeated her opponent by scores of 6-2, 6-0.

For the men, the doubles team of Josh Doyle and Jacob Doyle continued to shine. The brothers fought back to win a gritty 8-7 match at third doubles.

On Thursday, the tennis teams' trip wraps up with matches at 9:30 a.m. The men will play Bethel as the women's team will take on St. Mary's (Minn.).
