Men's Golf

Men's golf wins Thunder-Brit Cup

JACKSON, Mich. – On their home course, the Albion College golf teams were back in action in the annual Thunder-Brit Cup. Taking on Trine University, the men won by a score of 30-25, while the women's team fell, 30-23. 

Both Ryan Knitter and Camden Paul led the men's squad, with each winning seven holes in the event. Freshman Brayden Goss won six, as Brendan Iatrow and Blake Wagner each won five for Albion.

Sophomore Zoe Autore won a team-best eight holes. Riley McKinney was next for the Brits, winning seven, while Kenzie Gillette won six. Freshman Taylore Wilson rounded out the day by winning two. 

Tomorrow, the men's team will compete in the Lourdes Spring Invitational. On Thursday, the women will make up the fourth MIAA Jamboree, rescheduled from the fall.
