MUSKEGON, Mich. – The Albion women's cross country team was back in action on Saturday at the Jayhawk Invitational, competing in their fourth meet of the season.
The Britons placed 12th out of 16 teams in the 5K race, finishing with a team score of 302. Senior
Bianca Baird led the way with a personal best time of 19:07.15, earning a spot in the top 20 overall.
Serena Arnold also posted a career-best performance, finishing in 20:44.60, while
Veronica Paniccia rounded out the top three for Albion, crossing the line in a personal best 21:51.16.
Taylor Adams placed 106th with a time of 22:05.08, and
Lilli Vandervennett added another PR for the Britons, finishing in 22:33.22.
