Farmington Hills, Mich. --  After a 2-0 week on the pitch, Albion college men's soccer sophomore Ivan Murillo earned his first-career MIAA Offensive Athlete of the Week award.

The Kalamazoo, Michigan, native led the Britons to a 2-0 week, beating both Calvin University (4-3) and Olivet College (2-0) in critical conference matchups to bring Albion's record to 12-2-1 overall on the season.  The second-year talent notched two goals against Calvin for his fourth and fifth goals of the season. Both goals came in the second half, as the Brits launced a furious barrage to come from behind and beat the regionally-ranked Knights.

On the season, Murillo has 5 goals and 2 assists. 

The Britons close out the regular season on Wednesday, October 29th, at 7 pm on the road against Kalamazoo College.
