ALMA, Mich. -- The Albion men's swim & dive team dropped an MIAA dual meet to Alma, 159-128, at the Scots' McClure Natatorium.
Despite the loss, the Britons notched seven individual victories.
Tyler Deubel was the first to enter the win column, as he took the title in the 1,000 freestyle (10:06.63).
Harper Prutch also came away with a victory in the 200 freestyle (1:49.91), and so did
Jalen Hung in the 100 backstroke (55.98).
Deubel followed up his 1,000 freestyle performance with another win in the 100 breaststroke (1:03.12), and then
Steven Matyas claimed victory in the 200 butterfly (2:12.24) with Jenkins right behind him (2:13.50).
Prutch notched first in the 50 freestyle (22.72) and finished second in the 100 freestyle (50.30) to wrap up his top individual performances.
Evan Steele and
Caleb Galvan took second in the 200 backstroke (2:12.51) and the 200 breaststroke (2:33.24), respectively.
Yet again, Deubel posted his third victory of the afternoon in the 500 freestyle (4:52.57), while Hung and Matyas finished runner-up in the 100 butterfly (53.74) and 200 IM (2:10.68), respectively.

The Britons will travel to the Wooster Invitational for their midseason meet on Thursday, December 4 to Saturday, December 6. Prelims will begin at 10 a.m. with finals at 6 p.m. each day.
