ALBION, Mich. – Eight individual victories contributed to the Albion men's swim & dive team's 124-111 dual meet win over Manchester at the Dean Aquatic Center.
Wesley Jenkins started the winning in the 1,000 freestyle with a time of 10:56.82 with
Evan Steele (11:00.42) behind in second.
The 200 freestyle also saw the Britons go 1-2, as
Jalen Hung (1:52.06) and
Tyler Deubel (1:52.44) placed in those ranks.
Harper Prutch was Albion's top finisher in the 50 freestyle (22.92), while
Steven Matyas was the runner-up in the 200 IM (2:13.18).
Hung took another victory, as he swam a mark of 56.67 in the 100 butterfly. Prutch also notched the win in the 100 freestyle (50.65).
Steele placed second in the 100 backstroke (59.67), while Jenkins (5:19.89) and
Tyler Deubel (1:04.56) rounded out the swimming wins in the 500 freestyle and 100 breaststroke, respectively.
Jeremy Romero notched both 1 (244.95) and 3-meter (231.20) wins in the diving well.
