Albion, Mich. - Albion College is excited to announce the addition of Men's and Women's Bowling as Varsity sports beginning in the 2027-28 season. 

The teams will compete in the American Heartland Bowling Association (AHBA). University Lanes in Albion will serve as the official facility for the Britons Bowling teams. 

"We are excited to add men's and women's bowling to our varsity sport offerings. Bowling is very popular at the high school level and continues to grow collegiately. I look forward to hiring a new coach to build these programs." said Athletic Director Jen Rushton. 

The College will launch a search to find a head coach of the bowling program to begin recruiting the teams for competition in 2027-28.
