Michaela Adams '05 (Softball)
Adams was one of the most dominant pitchers in program history. In 478.1 career innings, the Ann Arbor, Mich., native struck out 397 batters, won 43 games and recorded a 1.80 ERA — the latter three being program records at the time of graduation. Additionally, she threw 54 complete games, 10 of which were shutouts. Adams is one of three players in team history to be named All-MIAA four times (Beth Clary and Michelle Wallace). As a freshman in 2002, Adams was named NFCA second-team All-Region and first-team All-MIAA after finishing the year with a 1.81 ERA and 15 wins. The next season, Adams broke the single-season strikeout record (122) which was not broken until Ashley Pion in 2021 as she helped Albion to an MIAA Tournament appearance in its first year of existence. That same season, she had a 20.2 inning streak with no earned runs allowed and 25 strikeouts. In 2004, Adams became the first Albion pitcher to toss a no-hitter in an MIAA game since 1993 as she did it in a game against Hope. A standout in the classroom, Adams was a two-time MIAA Academic Honor Roll recipient as well.

Shawn Borich '94 (Men's Track & Field)
Borich is a two-time All-MIAA selection and conference champion in the 110m hurdles. As a senior in 1994, he qualified for the NCAA Championships in the event and tied for 12th which garnered him second-team All-America honors. Borich is one of three Britons to ever win multiple conference titles in the 110m hurdles and helped lead Albion to MIAA championships in 1993 and 1994. Both teams are also in the Hall of Fame.

Dan Deegan '01 (Football)
Deegan was a four-year starter for the Britons and played on two MIAA championship teams, including the 1998 squad that was inducted into the Hall of Fame last year. Throughout his career, Deegan intercepted 17 passes in 37 games and was named first-team All-MIAA three times. During that 1998 season where the Britons also made the NCAA playoffs, the hard-hitting defensive back was second on the team with 69 tackles and earned his first all-conference recognition. He is one of five Albion defensive backs to ever be named to the All-MIAA first team three times. Three of them (Bob Porritt, James DeBardelaben and Dave Lefere) are in the Hall of Fame. The Dearborn, Mich., native and Divine Child High School graduate was elected to the Catholic High School League Hall of Fame in 2001. He was the Falcons' former head baseball coach where he coached former Detroit Tiger Eric Haase.

Alexander Dziewit '15 (Men's Lacrosse)
Dziewit was one of the key offensive pieces to head coach Jake DeCola's first MIAA Tournament title-winning team in 2015 that is also being inducted into the Hall of Fame this year. That season, Dziewit was named MIAA Offensive MVP after compiling 51 goals and 19 assists. He also became the program's first USILA All-American selection when he was named honorable mention. The year prior, the Clarkston, Mich., native notched 27 goals and 14 assists while being named second-team All-MIAA. Dziewit's career marks for goals (95) and points (138) still rank in the top 10 in program history.

Brian Fiorillo '14 (Men's Swim & Dive)
Fiorillo is one of the most accomplished swimmers in Albion history. After transferring in from Olivet and following head coach Jake Taber to Albion in 2012, Fiorillo wasted no time racking up championships. The Southgate, Mich., native won the 50, 100 and 200 freestyles at the 2013 MIAA Championships to win MIAA Most Valuable Swimmer. The following year, he repeated as the award winner with titles in the 50 and 100 freestyles and was on two relays that were champions as well. Fiorillo shined at the NCAA Championships, qualifying in three individual events as a junior and three as a senior. He was also on four relays that qualified for the NCAA Championships as a senior, placing in the top 16 in the 400 and 800 freestyle relays. In both seasons, Fiorillo placed in the top 16 at the national meet in both the 50 and 100 freestyle which garnered him second-team All-America honors. Fiorillo's 50 and 100 freestyle school records still stand, and his 200 freestyle mark ranks seventh.

John Fodell '06 (Men's Swim & Dive/Men's Tennis)
Fodell was a four-year letter winner in swim & dive and qualified for the NCAA Championships in two events in 2006. At the time of graduation, Fodell held five school records including the 100 breaststroke (now tied for seventh), 200 breaststroke (now sixth and held for 11 years) and three relays. He was also a three-time All-MIAA selection and was the conference champion in the 100 breaststroke in 2006. Additionally, Fodell was a two-time team captain and Team MVP. He also earned three letters in tennis. Currently, Fodell is the head boys and girls swim & dive coach at Grosse Pointe South High School, who are  annually some of the top programs in the state. Jaime Fornetti '06 (Women's Basketball)
Fornetti was a major part of the Britons' mid-2000s success and a golden age of the program. As a junior in 2005, the Iron Mountain, Mich., native became the first Briton to ever win the MIAA's Defensive MVP award as they won the conference regular season and qualified for the NCAA Tournament. The year prior, she helped Albion to their first and only MIAA Tournament championship. As a senior, she was named to the All-MIAA first team as well. Fornetti recorded 90 steals in her career and was a 41.4% shooter from the field. She totaled 797 points (8.6 per game) and 358 rebounds (3.8 per game) in 93 career contests. As a senior in 2006, she went 17-for-17 from the free throw line against Alma to tie a program and MIAA record. She also registered a career-high 31 points in that game. During her first two years at Albion, Fornetti was a member of the track & field team where she placed fifth in the 400m as a freshman. An outstanding student, Fornetti was a four-time MIAA Academic Honor Roll member and first-team Academic All-District selection as a senior. In 2017, she was a recipient of the Albion College Young Alumni Award presented to alumni who have demonstrated exceptional achievement in their first 10 years following graduation. Currently, Fornetti is an assistant professor at the University of Utah researching breast cancer.

Bob Tieche '78 (Football)
Tieche is the fourth offensive lineman inducted into the Hall of Fame from the famed 1976 team that went undefeated and was ranked No. 2 in Division III. The Battle Creek, Mich., native was a four-year starting left tackle and an essential part of the resurgence of the football program that reversed five years of losing records. He started all 37 career games and protected the blind side of Hall of Fame quarterback Steve Robb while helping pave the way for a rushing attack that averaged over 250 yards per game his final two seasons. As a senior in 1977, Tieche was named to the All-MIAA team after helping the Britons earn their first berth in the NCAA playoffs. He was also a defender on the Britons' club lacrosse team for four years. Off the field, Tieche was the vice president of Albion's Interfraternity Council as a senior and organizes an annual alumni golf fundraiser that benefits Play Right Sports in the Albion community.

Tim Urso '15 (Men's Lacrosse)
Urso is one of six players in program history to be named first-team All-MIAA three or more times. He notched 137 goals and 76 assists (213 points) throughout his career, which are each ranked fourth in program history. Urso posted a then-program record 54 goals during the Britons' historic 2015 campaign when they won their first MIAA Tournament title and qualified for the NCAA Tournament. He was a co-captain of that team as well. Against Alma in 2015, Urso a career-high eight goals to secure the team's first MIAA regular season championship.

2015 Men's Lacrosse Team
The 2015 men's lacrosse team won their first MIAA Tournament title and qualified for the NCAA Tournament, setting the tone for the sustained success of the program and the three consecutive conference crowns that followed. With head coach Jake DeCola at the helm, they ended the year 13-6 and posted a perfect 7-0 conference record that also gave them their first regular season championship. The Britons swept the conference individual awards that year, with Hall of Famer Alexander Dziewit winning MIAA Offensive MVP and goalie Kyle Formanczyk cementing the MIAA Defensive MVP award. Eight players were named to the All-MIAA team, while six of them were on the first team. They defeated Olivet, 26-13, in the MIAA semifinals and Adrian, 17-10, in the MIAA championship that season and recorded a first-round win against Augustana in the NCAA Tournament. Their run came up short when they lost to No. 3 Ohio Wesleyan by one goal in the next round.
