2019: A starter on the back line in 14 matches and checked in as a substitute in four other matches...Got his head on a Micah Cross pass for a goal against Alma, his first at the collegiate level.

2018: Dished out an assist in Albion's victory over Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association rival Olivet.

Played soccer and basketball at East Kentwood...Member of the 2016 soccer squad that captured the Michigan High School Athletic Association Division 1 championship in a shootout over Troy Athens...A captain of the boys basketball team that finished runner-up in the district...His community service work included Habitat for Humanity...A business major...Son of Joseph and Mary Akhimien.
