Albion College

In the summer of 2023, DiRado was promoted to the head coach of the women's lacrosse program. In the 2024 season, the team posted an overall record of 7-9, locking the No. 4 seed into the MIAA Tournament. She mentored three All-MIAA players, including her sister Audrey to first team honors. She currently holds a record of 12-20.

The completion of the 2023 women's lacrosse season was DiRado's seventh with the program. She has been an assistant coach since her graduation from Albion in 2016.

Under her leadership as a student-athlete, Albion’s SAAC was recognized by the National Association of Division III Athletic Administrators for its commitment to community service activities. She also spearheaded the “Our Words Matter” campaign as student-athletes joining the campus community in considering the impact of words that are usually spoken without much thought.
