Biography

Darcy Muns2020: Started all 6 games as a senior captain...scored 12 goals and had 3 assists. 

2019: An all-Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association second team pick for the second time...Scored 45 goals, placing her 10th on Albion's single-season list...Scored at least three goals eight times, including five in the MIAA Tournament championship victory over Hope and in the regular season game at Dubuque...Scored six points against Hope and Dubuque (five goals and an assist) and at Trine (four goals, two assists)...Her top defensive game was vs. Augustana (five groundballs, four caused turnovers).

2018: An all-MIAA second team pick...Finished the season as Albion's second-leading scorer (31 goals and 11 assists for 42 points)...Dropped in a career-high seven goals (and added an assist) in the 20-1 victory over Trine in March...Produced three goals and an assist and scooped two ground balls in the Britons 20-2 victory over Franklin, Ind...Scored four goals in the games against Augustana and Adrian...Dished out four assists, in addition to scoring a goal, in the April 27 victory over Saint Mary's.

2017: Received the Briton Award for Continuous Improvement...Produced four goals in her collegiate debut against Wittenberg University...Produced the second multi-goal game of her career with two goals in the March 18 game at Augustana, Ill.

Prior: A member of the Lake Orion squad that captured OAA League White Division championships in 2014 and 2015...An all-OAA and honorable mention all-state award winner who holds the Lake Orion season and career records for goals, assists and points...Participated in lacrosse three years and diving for two...A four-year recipient of Lake Orion's Lamp of Learning Academic Award who graduated magna cum laude and was awarded membership into the National Honor Society and National Science Honor Society...Her service activities include membership in Lake Orion's Students Offering Support.
