The 2025-26 school year will be Rogers's fourth at Albion. Rogers will continue to work with the Briton women's soccer, cross country, women's basketball and women's lacrosse programs. 

Rogers comes to Albion following a one year stint at Siena Heights University. Prior to that, she completed both her undergraduate and graduate degrees at Adrian College. While at Adrian, she was a key piece to the Bulldog softball team, playing third base during her five seasons. 

Rogers received her Master of Science in Athletic Training in May 2021.
