Whitney Williams, a graduate of Illinois State University with a master's degree in kinesiology and recreation with an emphasis on athletic training, joined Albion's athletic training staff in 2018.

While a student at Illinois State, Williams served as the graduate assistant athletic trainer at Illinois Wesleyan University. She was assigned to provide daily care of the student-athletes in the volleyball, swimming & diving and women's lacrosse programs.

She also gained clinical experience as the head athletic trainer at Random Lake High School in Wisconsin and as a student at Winona State University in Minnesota.
