  • Earned four letters in wrestling at DeWitt High School for coaches Ali Kamali and Brian Byars

  • Placed third and fifth at the state meet

  • Daughter of Ron Ruiz and April Babb
  • Has one older brother, Brant,  three older sisters, Caitlyn, Devyn and Danielle, and two younger brothers, RJ and Colton
  • Sister, Danielle, is also on the women's wrestling team at Albion
