OLIVET, Mich. – Host Olivet took placed only two more shots on goal than Albion but the Comets took advantage of their offensive chances in handing the Britons a 2-0 setback in Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association women's soccer action.

Lindsey Lubanski placed three shots on goal for Albion. Sarah Bevier, Jessica Bidock, and Lorin Zelinski also had shots on goal for the Britons.

Rebecca Gaarde scored with about 6 ½ minutes left in the first half and Madison Forsyth tallied in the second half.

Albion will play three matches at home next week as it hosts Calvin College Tuesday, Adrian College Thursday, and Alma College Saturday.
