HILTON HEAD ISLAND, S.C. - The Albion College women's tennis team took a regionally ranked opponent to the wire Wednesday afternoon. Dickinson College, ranked 15th in the Atlantic South Region took points at Nos. 1 and 3 doubles and Nos. 1, 4 and 5 singles to walk off the court with a 5-3 victory.

Katie Blumberg and Irene Chen pushed their individual singles records in dual meets to 6-0 with wins at Nos. 2 and 3 singles, respectively.

Albion's other point came at No. 2 doubles where Marissa Cloutier and Heather Vogt earned an 8-3 victory.

Albion will complete its spring break schedule Thursday morning with a match against Catholic.
