SHENANDOAH, Texas – It took until the final day of competition, but Albion College swimmers David Alday, Parker Belmore, Derek Bosko and Sebastian Tostado seized the prize they wanted all along from the NCAA Division III Championship.
They are honorable mention All-Americans.
The Britons achieved a time of 3:03.80 to advance to an evening swim and they finished 16th with a time of 3:06.26 in the consolation final.
Bosko put Albion in position for the evening swim with a 44.60 split in the morning race.
It also means Albion scored two points in the meet, finishing tied for 52nd in the team standings.
