SATURDAY RESULTS
HOLLAND, Mich. — The Albion men's swim & dive team placed fifth at the MIAA Championships held at the Holland Aquatic Center.
The Britons scored 364 points, just a fraction below fourth place Alma's 364.5. Hope (1,215.5) won the championship.
Tyler Deubel placed eighth in the 1,650 freestyle (16:52.93), while
Wesley Jenkins was 12
th (17:12.82).
Harper Prutch took fourth in the B final of the 200 backstroke (2:03.06), and
Steven Matyas was behind him in sixth (2:08.52).
Will Pentland qualified for the 100 freestyle's B final and took sixth (51.48).
Spencer Lukasik was third in the B final of the 200 breaststroke (2:23.54), while
Caleb Galvan placed sixth (2:26.50) and
Cam Thompson was eighth (2:34.67).
Three Britons competed in the B final of the 200 butterfly.
Jalen Hung was third (2:01.09), while
Wesley Jenkins (2:02.24) and
Steven Matyas butterfly (2:08.40) finished fourth and sixth.
The 400 freestyle relay of Prutch, Deubel,
Brody Roberts and Hung placed fifth (3:18.38) to close out the weekend.
