ALBION, Mich. - Albion pushed the top three singles matches to tiebreakers, but the Britons were unable to break through. The Britons only point came from the No. 2 doubles team of Olivia Conover and Lauren Rasmussen in an 8-1 loss to Alma College.

Conover and Rasmussen defeated Nicki Malekadeli and Paige Pontious, 8-2.

Irene Chen, Rasmussen and Conover all played long singles matches. They all won the first set against their opponents, but eventually dropped the second sets and tiebreakers.

Next up for Albion is an April 8 home match against Calvin.
