ALBION, Mich. – Albion College faced little resistance in turning back Concordia University, 8-1, in a non-league women's tennis match.

Lauren Rasmussen, Lauren Solano, Olivia Conover and Chrissy Gauss all won their singles matches in straight sets. While Kelsi Inman also won in straight sets, she needed to win a second set tiebreaker to finish the match.

Albion started the match by winning all three doubles contests. Gauss and Rasmussen were 8-0 winners at the top of the lineup.

Albion continues non-league action with a Sunday match at Lawrence Tech.
