ALBION, Mich. – Olivia Conover and Lauren Solano, playing No. 1 doubles for the first time this season, produced Albion College's point in an 8-1 loss to Aquinas College in a non-league women's tennis match.

Conover and Solano defeated Martina Devetak and Haley Kuppler, 8-4, to improve to 5-3 in dual matches this season.

All of the singles matches were decided in straight sets.

Albion (3-7 overall) plays the first of eight matches against its Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association rivals at Alma College April 2.
