ALBION, Mich. – Lauren Solano was a 6-1, 6-2 winner at No. 1 singles and that was the only point for the Albion College women's tennis team in an 8-1 loss to Spring Arbor University.

All six singles matches were decided in straight sets. Marceline Redick, playing No. 2 singles, was able to extend her opponent to a 7-5 score in the second set.

Next up for Albion is a spring break trip to Hilton Head, S.C. The Britons have a March 4 match against Eastern Nazarene College.
