HILTON HEAD ISLAND, S.C. – Eastern Nazarene College and Methodist University defeated Albion College in spring break matches on Monday.

Lauren Solano won a tiebreaker to take the No. 1 singles match and Eleanor Debo and Namara Swillum performed well as Albion took a 7-2 loss to Eastern Nazarene.

Solano rallied after dropping the second set to earn a 6-1, 5-7, 10-5 victory over Sharon Biondi.

Debo and Swillum claimed an 8-4 victory in the No. 3 doubles match.

In the No. 5 singles match, Swillum battled Annelise Sherrill before falling in straight sets (6-3, 7-6).

In the No. 6 singles match, Debo took the first set from Karla Polanco. Polanco rallied to win the match 4-6, 6-2, 10-2.

Debo netted the point in Albion's 8-1 loss to Methodist. She won the No. 6 singles match 7-6 (7-3), 6-0.
