HILTON HEAD ISLAND, S.C. – Albion College swept the doubles matches and Lauren Solano, Madeline Samra and Namara Swillum scored the singles points as the Britons earned a 6-3 victory over Penn State University-Harrisburg in a spring break women's tennis match on Wednesday.

Swillum put in the hardest work of the day. Playing No. 3 doubles with Eleanor Debo, Swillum won a 7-4 tiebreaker to claim the point for the Britons. Swillum also rallied from a set down to win the No. 5 singles match over Courtney Bennett by scores of 2-6, 6-2, 10-8.

Solano also needed a tiebreaker to win the No. 1 doubles match. Playing with Kathryn Valade, the Britons rolled to a 7-1 score in the tiebreaker to claim the point. Solano had an easier time in singles, defeating Sydney Nye (6-0, 6-2) in the No. 1 match.
