ALBION -- This one's gonna hurt. 

In heartbreaking fashion, the Albion College women's soccer team was bounced from the MIAA Tournament, dropping a 0-0, (3-0 PKs) match to Hope College. Albion had its chances, as two goals were waved off throughout the contest. 

The match was extremely evenly contested, as both teams finished with seven shots and nearly even in corner kicks. 

Midway through the first half, it appeared the Britons struck first with a goal off a corner. The goal was called back, as the AR deemed the ball sailed over the goal and just out of bounds before the Brits could bury the shot. 

After a scoreless regulation, the teams battled into overtime, where again, it looked as if Albion ended the game off a set piece. Once more, a potential game-winner was called back for a foul, as the game remained locked scoreless. 

In penalty kicks, Hope capitalized on all three attempts while all of Albion's shots were saved.
