ALBION -- On Thursday, the Albion College women's tennis team fell to Adrian College, 6-3. Breh Ruger picked up two wins, one in her doubles match and one in her singles match.
At second doubles, Ruger and Mya Duncan won their match, 8-7 (7-5). Ruger gritted out a tough match at second singles, winning by scores of 6-4, 6-3.
The other singles win came at fifth singles by Morgan DeRose. She won her match 6-1, 0-6, 10-8.
Albion will wrap up their season on Sunday with an 11 a.m. match against Alma. It will serve as senior day for the Brits.
